武汉理工大学博士,清华大学博士后,美国宾西法尼亚州立大学(The Pennsylvania State University)访问学者,澳大利亚伍伦贡大学(University of Wollongong)访问教授。现任景德镇陶瓷大学教授,博士生导师,材料科学与工程学院院长。兼任中国硅酸盐学会微纳技术分会理事、测试技术分会理事,中国复合材料学会学术交流工作委员会委员,中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会主任办公会成员,SCI期刊“Journal of Advanced Ceramics”副主编,SCI期刊“Journal of Materiomics”青年编委,中文核心期刊陶瓷学报编委,现代技术陶瓷期刊编委。入选江西省百千万人才工程、省青年科学家(井冈之星)培养对象、省青年井冈学者奖励计划、景德镇市专业技术拔尖人才。主要研究方向包括电介质储能陶瓷和压电陶瓷,主持国家自然科学基金项目4项,主持中国博士后科学基金、江西省重点研发计划揭榜挂帅项目和省自然科学基金重点项目等17项;获江西省自然科学奖二等奖1项(第一完成人),获江西省科技进步奖二等奖1项、省优秀新产品一等奖1项(均为第四完成人),获中国商业联合会技术发明奖二等奖1项(第四完成人),获第九届中国硅酸盐学会青年科技奖提名奖、2018波兰陶瓷学会奖、《先进陶瓷(英文)》2024年度钧瓷奖Journal of Materiomics期刊2025年度优秀青年编委奖等学术奖励。迄今在<Journal of Advanced Ceramics><Journal of Materiomics><硅酸盐学报><Journal of Materials Chemistry C><Ceramics International><Journal of the American Ceramic Society>等国内外学术期刊上以第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI学术论文70余篇。参与制定ISO国际标准和国家标准各1项(均排名第二),参与了材料大辞典(第二版)编写工作,参与了《中国大百科全书》第三版材料学科无机非金属材料分支编纂工作。以第一发明人获授权国家发明专利11项。
